DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERY SERVICES FOR ALL PRODUCTS?

Yes, we provide delivery services for all products. We strive to achieve door-step delivery for our customers. However, if items are too bulky to be loaded into the lift at the destination, customer(s) will be required to receive them at ground level.

FOR SELF COLLECTION, IS THE DELIVERY FEE WAIVED?

Yes, upon Checkout, choose self-collection under the delivery method to have your delivery fee waived.

Item(s) will be available for collection 3-5 Business days after your order is confirmed by us, unless otherwise stated (excluding weekends and public holidays). Our customer service officer will call you to notify you when your order is ready for self collection.

 I CANNOT FIND AN ITEM ON YOUR WEBSITE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you cannot find any item or wish to suggest an item on our website, please send in your enquiry at the Contact page, or email us at crescentpacifictrading@gmail.com, or call us at 69706929 during our office hours. Our staff will always be delighted to assist you with your needs.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDERS ARE BEING PROCESSED AFTER PAYMENT?

A "successful payment" page will appear after payment is made on site and an “Invoice” will be send to your email. Also, when you go to your member's profile page, you can view all your transactions.

Your order will go through a few steps before reaching your door:

Order Received (1 Business day) -> Order Processing (1-3 Business days) -> Delivery (1 Business day)
